Today marks the end of an amazing journey for me. After nearly twelve years of growing Designertech I am delighted to be completing the merger of the company with Theta. From 1st February we go on the next phase of the journey better and stronger together as part of Rob Lee’s team.
Less than 18 months ago we announced to our team that we had big aspirations and set some big goals. It didn’t work out exactly as we had anticipated - does it ever? - but it has worked out really well in a delightfully unexpected way.
Thanks to all of the people who continued to have faith in me through the good times and the bad. To all of our clients I know that we will be able to serve you even better in this new phase. Special thanks to all of the customers who helped us with such wonderful feedback about our people and our service. It has been my great privilege to lead an amazing team of dedicated professionals. I’m so proud of them and what we have achieved together.

Time for other more capable people to take over and climb the next mountain.
